So Me been a complete muppet, caught the bus and some how I dropped my passport and didn’t realise into I got off the bus and it had driven off, So I phoned the 0800 number and the lady I spoke to was super friendly and helpful she ask all the right questions and got onto the Bus driver straight away, He must have called out to person where I was sitting by no one found it. So I thank her for her help, But about 40 minutes later I got phone call from the 0800 number I had called, the lady said the bus driver had look himself after he was pulled over and he found my passport, So really can’t thank Tranzit Coachlines enough, they went above and beyond for me, they save me going through trouble of getting new passport, Big thank you.

I couldn't wait to get off the bus! The driver was so derogatory about other people and previous passengers, continually slammed the government and inflicted his opinions of everyone, and very negative. It honestly absolutely spoiled my tour! I just wanted to get back to the ship so I didn't have to listen to him. He also had no regard for getting us back to the ship on time. If you don't have anything nice to say please don't say it!

We have had driver John with us all week and he has been the best bus driver! Not only for his skilled driving but the 10/10 banter he has provided for our group of 50 (35 students & 15 adults) and his knowledge of the Wellington history. Would highly recommend requesting John as a driver if you’ve after a bus for a group!

Really impressed with this company! Although a little pricey (which is why the review is only 4) I was extremely impressed with our trip. Our bus was clean, the driver (Ross) was lovely, polite and patient and drove us safely to our destination. Jane, the operations manager, was lovely when I rang up needed to reschedule our trip. She was kind, helpful and funny over the phone! I couldn't have asked for a kinder person at the other end of the phone 8:30am on a Monday morning! Thanks so much team Tranzit, looking forward to booking you again soon!

Booked a bus and they were 15 minutes late! No notice no nothing we lost time in our stage time practice due to this and our group was penalised and lost points which jeopardises our chances of winning. Unfair! Then we asked the bus driver and reminded him that we finish at 1:30pm therefore we want him to get us at 1:30pm. We were outside and waiting at 1:20. The bus never came and now at 2pm we have decided to cancel and get a refund. This same bus company did this to our group last year and we waited for a whole hour and the bus never showed and NEVER contacted us.

Unsafe and rude drivers who ignore give way rules and intimidate smaller vehicles into letting them pass. Also an unhelpful help line if you try to report dangerous driving
