Today I brought some shampoo and conditioner and it was all full of water with little product of the actual thing.. It was 12$ for both and got ripped off. Not happy!
Ridiculous place. They charged me $10 for a Hop card, telling me that every shop has different prices. When I bought the card, I asked, “Does this card cost $10?” and he said yes, so I bought it. Later, I realized the card actually only costs $5. When I went back for a refund, he said, “Why don’t you listen carefully?” I was like, man! I was listening, but how am I supposed to know the original price? He explained that AT charged him more when he restocked and that he doesn’t make any profit from the in-store AT Hop cards, and that he’s just selling these near the school to help the children. Thanks, my friend. Charging our children $5 extra — that’s really helpful.

Owners are lovely and love the strawberries they bring in!
The female owner is very rude. She claimed the parking in front of her shop is theirs. People should not park there unless they shop at her diary. The parking is a council parking. Parents of Kaurilands school students always park there. When did it become your customer parking?! She said she looses business when we park in front of her shop. We spent hundreds of dollars at your diary. Now you have lost business from us. We will never shop at this place again.

I love my local dairy. Wonderful people who run the shop. They have an excellent choice of fresh flowers, daily. Really appreciated their commitment to keep us supplied during our covid lockdowns.
Owner wasn't wearing his mask. Said he didn't have to as he was behind perspex. I left and then he put a mask on for other customers. This dairy is usually wonderful never had any issues before today.
