   Lady in here has a disgusting attitude towards everyone that enters. I’m not one to leave reviews but I can’t get over her attitude when I came in here a few days ago and the way she treated everyone in store aswell as myself left me in utter shock. She is a pathetic women that wants to ruins everyone’s day. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I wish I could leave negative stars

   I would give it negative stars but I can’t it was The most outrageous commentary coming from the lady inside my friend lost a card and had been there she yelled at him and kicked us out for accusing them of stealing the card - DO NOT EVER COME HERE

   I'm visiting a sick relative in Wellington hospital. I stopped in this shop to buy something. The lady on the counter literally abused me non stop for asking a question after someone who used to own the shop (many years ago I told her I hadn't lived there for 25 years so didn't know) she walked off rambling somehow thinking that I heard what she was saying. I said to her I hope you have a nice day, and she made some smartarse comment and I said thank you for ruining mine. I left this shop bawling my eyes out because I couldn't believe the way I was just treated by the woman behind the counter absolutely horrendous service and will never have my business again!!!! Zero Zero Zero they don't even deserve a 1 star! Bullying is never acceptable. This woman should not be allowed to serve customers.

   If you wanting to feel belittled, go to this store you'll get your moneys worth. If you like to be racially profiled, accused as a theft and have the police called on you because you are Māori and wearing a hoodie then this shop is for you. And bystanders will come free as we all know there will always be nosey Karen's lurking around.

   Stopped to grab a quick drink and a snack. I'm outside, minding my own business, eating my recent purchases and the female owner comes out and starts giving me grief for leaning on her wall and locking my bike to her post. I'm left thinking "I just spent money in your shop and this is how you treat your customers." Absolutely pathetic!

   The woman behind the counter is one of the most exceptionally rude people I have ever met. I work in healthcare and went there for food on my break and had abuse yelled at me for using the Apple Pay on my phone as opposed to my eftpos card which I had left at home. I kept calm and polite throughout her yelling, and when she refused me service I simply said okay and walked out. Safe to say I won’t be going back. Awful woman. She is unkind and belligerent.

   Absolutely awful lady who works there. Extremely rude and 0 customer service skills. When advised to pull mask down to prove ID she then in a very passive aggressive manner told me nobody would ever ask too to take mask off! Think you’ll find they do actually! How else are you meant to prove age? She also told me she doesn’t understand my generation??? Most 27 year olds I meet are far more polite and respectful than she will ever be. Started my day off really badly and people like this should not be in customer facing roles. Glad I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience here. Avoid at all costs as there are far nicer dairies to give the custom to. This place needs to be closed down.
