   All the gear I needed to get back in the water last year after an extended hiatus. The guys at Ocean Hunter are definitely passionate about spearing and freediving. I found that the staff were more than happy to help me select the right equipment for the set up I needed to re enter the water with confidence. They have no problem sharing local knowledge in regards to skills, target species, weather apps and equipment to use and why. As a currently inactive but formerly qualified PADI OWSI level SCUBA diver I rate Ocean Hunter as the freedivers equivalent to any of our local SCUBA specialised dive shops. The Wellington Ocean Hunter store have helped in my journey and I would highly recommend popping in and supporting local business as they support the local divers.
