   I am a regular customer of this place and I will NEVER be coming back here after the disgusting and unlawful treatment that I have had from their "parking inspector". I was parked in the Bottle Store carpark and a man ticketed my car and took a photo of the ticket on the windscreen. When he saw that I was actually a customer of the store he removed the fine off my car and told me "not to worry". I was never given a copy of the fine and just today I have received a letter in the mail stating that I have until tomorrow to pay this so called fine that I never received and shouldn't have gotten in the first place. The letter is dated the 14th September, which I believe to be a lie considering it was posted from within Auckland and it is the 22nd today. I tried calling the parking company to refute the fine and there is no one you can talk to, only an answer phone. There is no contact details on the letter either, only a bank account number. I will be taking this matter to the Auckland City Council and I will NEVER be returning to this shop. Such a scam, why bother when you're going to lose so many loyal customers?!?!

   Unbelievably poor service from this man at Barrels & Bottles, he videod my face and my car only for parking in the wrong carpark and threatening that i must pay him $300 to avoid a bigger fine, there is many facebooks posts of people explaining there bad experience here, i will never spend my money here again this is ludacris.
