   Just came to NZ a week ago and had a chance to visit here. Pretty decent coffee and the staff were very helpful and caring. Will definitely come back again for a coffee before I go back to Korea.

   I paid with a $50 bill, and the staff member reacted with clear annoyance, handing back the change in an unfriendly manner. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially in customer service.

   Low quality coffee. Milk foam for Latte tastes so bad. Tall cup latte tastes so plain. Starbucks quality has become outrageously low.

   There was a very empathetic barista who worked there. I was waiting outside the shop for my ride. They haven’t opened yet but she noticed me standing outside in the cold and kindly asked me to wait inside. I was so touched by her kindness that I just had to share! Bless her!

   Good drinks & a nice warm place to escape the rain! Can be a bit of a student hangout. As a member of the Police Association, I get a discount on drinks & this has never been a problem in the past. However, this time staff said they also wanted my police ID, which I don't carry on my days off & which doesn't prove I'm a member of the Police Association. After some discussion, they backed down.

   The atmosphere and service attitude of staff are good. However, their ice chocolate had too much ice (which nearly 50 percent is filled with ice) which is very unacceptable. If you do not want too much ice you need to tell the staff beforehand, so they will put less ice for you.

   Great staff! So fast, friendly and professional. The coffee is good, the place is clean and they do deliscious looking pies (I would love if they showed dietary allergens on the labels). The seating is a bit cramped and awkward in places but it's a perfectly decent 'bucks.

   Every time I’ve been here, the average wait time for my drink has been around 10 minutes. But I can appreciate that this is one of the busier branches as it is situated in the university precincts. In saying that, this isn’t the place to stop by on your way to work/class, or during your lunch break as you might end up running late. Best option is to order ahead via the Starbucks app. Never had a problem with my drinks though! They’re always well done and add some much needed sweetness to my day! ☕️
