   NZMA has been a key part of my journey in health. I first completed the Health & Wellbeing Level 3 programme with Marinelly, where I gained hands-on experience through a 100-hour placement in an aged-care facility. That placement taught me real skills, built my confidence, and confirmed my passion for working in health. I then moved into the Pre-Nursing programme with Arnish, which prepared me extremely well for university study. The Human Anatomy and Physiology teaching was outstanding, clear, patient, and detailed. The strong foundation I received at NZMA made transitioning into Health Science at AUT so much easier. I still rely on the knowledge I gained in those classes. Currently my friend and I are studying midwifery at AUT. NZMA didn’t just give me qualifications; it gave me confidence, practical experience, and a solid academic base that is helping me succeed in my midwifery pathway. I’m very grateful for the support from my tutors and highly recommend NZMA to anyone wanting to start a career in health.

   As a mature student returning to study after 15+ years I have found NZMA great. There is a very nurturing atmosphere. If I need help I only have to ask. Every day, without fail I am asked if I am okay, how my assignments are going and a cheery good morning.

   Hello, I have been studying at NZMA nursing preparation level 4 course for 6 months. So far, I have been enjoying it so much. My tutor, Arnish Khan, has been an amazing teacher. Arnish makes sure everyone is included, and everyone understands whatever she’s teaching. I absolutely love how she genuinely cares about student’s well-being. The campus and classes are clean and spacious, as well as the cafe, which has many yummy food!

   Highly recommended the institute, since we are gaining fun and knowledge while we are studying. We discuss and share extra stuff beyond the syllabus. When we join it was hard to think how we'll gain the final qualification but now we don't have a doubt because of the support we received from staff and management.

   I am currently doing Study and Career Preparation for Nursing (Level 4) from NZMA and I just wanted to emphasis that it has been wonderful and helpful to do this course. Coming from India this course has definitely given me an insight and overview of what to expect when I start with my Bachelor next year. To add our tutor Arnish is a wonderful and very knowledgeable and always excited to teach :)
