I visited the St Lukes branch and Anna was fantastic! She kindly helped me clean my glasses lenses when I was struggling with them, and gave great advice. She was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated her excellent service!
Received great service here. Very helpful, friendly optometrist. Uriah, who helped me choose the frames was amazing. Worked out what I liked and what suited. They made a task I usually don't like, easy and enjoyable!
Just wanted to give a warm shout out to the lovely Yulia and KC. I got to work today to find the arm of my glasses had fallen off, with the screw nowhere to be found. My regular optometrist was a much further drive away so I cheekily tried my luck at Specsavers Optometrists St Luke’s, just down the road. They happily reattached the arm of my glasses for free, despite me not actually being a customer. I am impressed and very grateful!
I was very pleased with the service at Specsavers St Lukes. A special thanks to Anna and Julia, they were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to deal with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience very comfortable. Excellent service all around, and I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for eye care.

Great experience having my eye test and picking new frames. All staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The optometrist and sale staff recommended the most cost effective and suitable options for me which I really appreciated. Also love that AA members get a free eye test also.
This was my third time with eye glass purchases at Specsavers. I couldn't be happier From my consultation with the store's Senior Optomotrist lady through to the other caring lovely lady who took me through all the steps to ensure my new glasses would provide me with optimum quality of vision. This particular process was very involved and specific to my failing eyesight. I was very impressed with all the attention to detail in gathering all the requirements that will ensure my glasses will be perfect. I was even shown just how much the vision improvements will be. I thank those staff who gave me their attentive professional skill. I came away feeling very confident and very happy. I encourage anyone to safely feel assured with those staff at the St Lukes branch will make you too feel you are in very capable and in professional hands. Thank you St Lukes staff. I'm 100% satisfied with my visit to Specsavers, St Lukes. I went in casually just to find out what the options and costs were with regard to repairing a scratched lens on my glasses and I came out having had a new eye test with new glasses in the making and it all came to less than I had budgeted just to pay for repairs!!! I'm very happy with their professional service and hands on "we're here to help" attitude. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism! I'd highly recommend anyone who needs help with their vision or glasses go to Specsavers, St Lukes.
The service provided by St Lukes Specsavers is nothing short of atrocious. I ordered contact lenses from them 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. After waiting for 4 weeks, I called them to find out what was going on and was told that there was a "distribution issue." However, what's even more frustrating is that no one from the business bothered to inform me of this delay or make any attempt to keep me updated on the status of my order. As someone who works in the field, I need to wear contact lenses to see, without assistance, my eyesight is severely impaired. The complete lack of customer service and assistance from St Lukes Specsavers is unacceptable. Despite their failure to deliver my order, they have not once attempted to contact me or provide me with any updates. They won't even give me an estimated delivery date or any information about their distribution centers. It's clear that they do not value their customers or take their responsibilities seriously. I would strongly advise anyone in need of contact lenses to look elsewhere, as dealing with St Lukes Specsavers has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. It's disappointing to see a business neglect its customers in this way, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others who might consider using their services.
