Beautiful furniture. Had a great experience dealing with Lewis in getting my new sofa delivered promptly. He was an absolute legend.
For a store pitched at the high end of the market the service is quite terrible. We have an order pending with no estimated timeframe for delivery or meaningful communications around it despite being over five weeks on from when it was due. The overall experience feels more consistent with a $3,000 product not a $12,000 one.
Watch out for a little dog named Tyson; pats and scratches required before entering, haha.
