My favourite supermarket, they may not have the huge range but they have what you need and the staff and service is personal.. The caliber of customers are a step up from those you will encounter at other local supermarkets, a safe friendly environment.
Lovely young gentleman by the name of 'Findlay' helped me today. I was struggling to locate my items and Findlay helped me out with a kind smile, gotta say, this guy deserves a medal for his service. Quick, efficient, if you need help at New World -Findlay's your guy. 10/10 would come again. Cheers young Findlay, dont see many young people smiling at customers anymore.
The best little local a community could have. Marco is an awesome guy running an awesome diuretic in the heat of green bay. Helping the community so much and also helping when your looking around slightly lost in what decisions to make. Always happy team of staff, always helpful and always a good experience for many years now. Go a Green Bay NW, you rock!!

Good mid sized supermarket for GreenBay people; however, prices are comparatively higher than other competitors. Have plenty of stocks - fresh produce to baby nappies. You can park your car nearby parking area.
I live in Titirangi and don't usually shop at NW greenbay, was driving buy and stopped for a quick shop, had my backpack with me that I carry as have back issues and can't carry a handbag, was asked to leave it with a security guard at the door and told backpacks were not permitted, no lockers, no secure place to put it, was basically treated like a thief, very disappointed, not going back. Shame on you for treating your customers like that. Want people to leave their things at the door - invest in some proper infrastructure to support this.
Expensive and no cash payment option via self service so if you only have 1 or 2 items but want to pay cash it can be a long wait behind people with a trolley full of groceries. Have to use a card to get special prices otherwise you pay full price. Not impressed, won't shop here much only if desperate.
Just a good wee store with the hardworking staff , the store had biggest brocolli and the vegetables were of a nice size , bigger then I have seen in a while ,nicely stacked and stocked shelves , tidy and quite interesting as it's to me a little baby new world, as many new worlds are bigger , every new world has sets a fine example in customer service, I appreciate the staff for giving a great wee shopping experience.
They have a no backpack policy and will ask you to leave it on the floor by the entrance if you go in with one, yet will allow side bags/purses that are the exact same size as a regular backpack. If someone was going to steal something having a backpack or not won’t be what stops them but will be a inconvenience to potential paying costumers.
