   I bought several items from Boconcept to furnish my lounge. I dealt with Theo of the Auckland showroom, who was very helpful and spent a lot of time going over options and details of the products. He was very patient and I appreciated his non pushy manner when deciding what to purchase. Something you don't always encounter with some furniture retail staff in a showroom. I thought the lounge came together very well and despite the long lead time we are now enjoying our new decor. The mocked up 3d pictures that Jess did were also very helpful to visualise the finished product. Just one suggestion if you are getting the wall mounted Lugano entertainment units, consult your electrician beforehand to ascertain what wiring would be required beforehand to get that seamless boconcept look. Thanks again to Theo and Cheryl for their top service

   If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed & confused furnishing your home, i just want to say Rodrigo is your man ! He was a pleasure to deal with and we cannot wait to enjoy our new purchases. He was an amazing help with samples, suggestions, colour ways & plans on the screen, we could not have done it without him, he was the reason we were able to walk out with a confirmed order. His presentation and customer service skills is impeccable !!! We very much enjoyed our whole shopping experience, the showroom had most pieces we wanted to see and sample fabrics to make you stay for hours. Warning good things take time ! Fabienne & Brad
