Amazing Transfer Service – Heads Above the Rest Alpha Shuttles helped us out in a week where we had multiple events happening across a six-day period where we had over 150 people moving in multiple directions across Auckland. A truly wonderful company - we booked Alpha Shuttles for our wedding and they were helpful with incredible customer service from the awesome Jess xx Then, the lovely Steve (the driver) was prompt, professional and made sure all the guests reached our wedding on time and very happy! The van was very fancy too, the guests arrived in style! He was very patient with the tipsy wedding guests on the way home x I highly recommend using their services if you want to ensure your guests have a lovely time!
We were really happy with Alpha Shuttles from booking and throughout our trip. The quote was clear, the confirmation came quickly. Our driver, Alex, stayed in touch on the day of pick-up. There was a lot of traffic congestion at out pick up time but Alex kept us updated throughout the entire trip from pick up through to drop off. He was knowledgeable and super helpful.
