Fantastic - at short notice (literally within 2 hours) Brightlane were able to organise a huge (16 seat) and very comfortable minibus for a 3 1/2 hour journey from Auckland. Felt very safe in difficult driving conditions and would absolutely recommend!

It was really good service we had, one of the example we would share as me and my family were coming back from overseas and our plane was late already along with the flight we had some customs clearance and that too went for a longer time then expected. We had the most delightful experience in New Zealand with Brightlane. Their service was exceptional, courteous, professional, and friendly. The best part was the excellent communication from beginning to end. The drivers were always on time and the vehicles were spotless.
