I could have walked out with clothes and not even been noticed! No customer service, cashier was dismissive, and the 2 other shop assistants were gossiping as I left the store. Will not be returning! (This was early morning, with 2 other shoppers browsing)
Shame the staff are so young they don't even know what a poloneck jersey is? The customer service isn't good, they have eyes on everyone, but don't actually ask to help you! As a manager in retail they need training in customer service.
Lovely staff, and useful fine clothes, however I personally find attending glassons a thoroughly draining experience and am concerned for the process for which the clothes are made; whether it's cruelty free etc.
Excellent service today, cashier was friendly, engaging and represented the brand really well.
Prices has increased and their fashion isn't as good as it used to be anymore but still love to go, just to see what's new. Very chill atmosphere and staff members are always nice and helpful
Not bad lots of variety but do wish they change the style of music and not have it so loud ot gave me a headacke! So couldn't complete shopping there!
My teenager loves this store! But I dont think the clothing is always age appropriate, considering they are aiming at a teenage market.
Fairly disappointed in the lack of size diversity and the sizes have shrunk sometime in the past couple of years. I've been shopping at glassons for years, and I'm still wearing glassons workwear (in a 16) I'm very disappointed a sixteen doesn't fit my body in the new sizing.
Staff are helpful but seem to always be busy or hard to find. Good selection of clothes. Larger range and a much bigger space than the shop on Cuba Street. Men's section upstairs is rather good too!
