The worst pizza I ever ate and will never buy from this branch. On two separate occasions ordered the cheesy garlic pizza base, and both the times I dint get the correct pizza base despite of paying extra both the times. Will never order from here this branch.
Second time paid for Extra Mozarella but received standard. Toppings other toppings were a little. Haven't received deep base as requested. Paid for Extra Mozarella. Received less than standard. Not even hot nor warm.
Recently ordered through Uber Eats. Added Onion rings as a side. This is what I received. Shocked when I opened the box. $7 for some burned and shredded onion rings?
Only one guy on, he was trying his best but was super busy. The pizza was ok and value for money.
i ordered the mini pancakes and they came crusty and burnt and looked like they had a fight with the pan then when he delivered our food he forgot our drink. terrible service.
Ordered 5 value pizzas for a team gathering at pt erin pools! It arrived 20mins late and the delivery fee was $55 (ponsonby to pt erin pools). The delivery cost more than the pizza lol. Dont do delivery

I had a worst experience tonight getting my pizza at domino's pizza in Ponsonby. It was a very cold night tonight freezing outside after we bought a pizza at 8.50pm 19 Oct, we were waiting outside because we holding our dog. We were being patient and nice because she was working alone. But after the pizza was ready and I kept looking inside and try to have eye contact with her, she ignored and she didn't notice us the pizza is ready. So we were standing outside for nearly 25 mins like a fool in a windy freezing night. she were standing inside doing nothing knowing the pizza is ready and customer waiting for the pizza. she really destory my night and the pizza.
