   Pretty terrible service & very disorganised team. Picked up two orders for our household. They should have been ready by the time I arrived. Unfortunately only one order was ready and the other took TWENTY minutes! The first order meanwhile was cold. The staff member handed over the second order and did not even apologise even though I had let them know my order should have been ready 20 minutes ago. Unacceptable. Sort it out! Won't be ordering from this store again.

   Sorry guys but my pizza sucked. I ordered a thin base, vegan one and ended up with a normal double base and only vegetarian with normal cheese!! Plus you forgot to add the customized bits. This is really disappointing and isn't acceptable for a vegan! Really gutted yo.

   How can you REALLY tell about the level of customer service provided by a business? When things go as planned? When there is no surprise? When you are happy with your purchase? No, it's when things go wrong that you will know for sure. Without boring everybody with the details, let me confirm that I was overjoyed by the response of Hell Pizza Grey Lynn. Even more so as I never expected such care being given to a random customer. Well done! Oh, and the pizzas tonight (vegan + meat, both 'creator' type) were absolutely delicious too :-)
