   Got delivery pizza, Jay Patel pulled up in the most immaculate Ford I have ever seen, we didnt believe he was delivering our food. Big smile, gave us the food. 10/10

   I don't know it's head office or if it's the branch/franchise owners fault or maybe both, but the lack of toppings makes their pizzas a total rip off. I'm a very skinny guy with a small stomach, and a pizza from here doesn't full me up. Something is wrong! Even the 'extra' cheesey pizza, has hardly any cheese!! An incredibly thin layer, that doesn't cover much of the base. Other pizzas, for example chicken based ones, have a couple of drops of chicken - so little so that a vegetarian could happily eat it. Again, could be a nationwide thing, but it could also be that specific branch trying to cheap out and save on ingredients to increase margins. It's basically a bread shop not a pizza place. You can't call yourself a pizza place if you put hardly any ingredients on. Very, very short sighted business strategy. Yeah you may save 0.40 cents worth of ingredients on the pizza, but you've lost a customer for life. Terrible business strategy. Idiotic in fact. Invest in your customer and they will invest in you. This is how the universe works.

   Got pizza and garlic bread delivered. The garlic bread turned up over cooked on the outside and frozen on the inside. They told me they'd bring a replacement - which also turned up frozen. I asked for my money back, but instead they insisted I have a cheesy garlic bread instead. This finally turned up hot, but after over an hour waiting for food I just wanted to go to bed. Poor.

   Ordered via website 06/12/2022 , order showed up driver knocked so loud it woke up the house, pizza was all mashed up, undercooked and on one side of the box. Tried calling them, no answer as they had closed for the night. Don't bother ordering from here. Going directly to head office with my complaint.

   Have tried a few places and this place is above average. Pizzas are fast food not fine food, if you are picky then spend $500 to dine in somewhere. I’m satisfied with their food
