   It's been a long time since going to Hell Pizza. Years in fact and never from here.in mt roskill aka Balmoral (it's not in Balmoral). So I was looking forward to it. We got one large cheese and one stretch Pandomonium aka chicken and cranberry. It just was not at all good. We smash out the limousine size pizza hut offerings frequently. However the 2 pizzas for over $50 did not even get eaten. The cheese was burnt and the chicken pizza was just not at all fresh, and not tasty. So disappointed that it was nowhere near the quality we remembered.

   I had an amazing experience with this shop and I'm in love with the food! We ordered three dishes: 1. **Burger Pizza**: This was incredible! Smoky and flavorful, it perfectly blends the best of burgers and pizza. 2. **Jalapeños with Chipotle Sauce**: These were wonderfully crusted and delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. 3. **Basil and Cheese Pizza**: This dish is a must-have every time! It's a comforting, delicious treat that’s perfect for relaxing. Overall, I loved the experience and will definitely be back!

   I don’t go to Hell pizza a lot and this one is average. It took a long time to get food. The pork ribs are nice but burnt. Feels that all pizzas were the same. Not sure if this is Hells standard. Kids loved them however… see the photos yourself if you want to give it a try…

   I ordered a delivery order last night…the delivery guy apologised for being 1min late and was so lovely. After seeing my order there was a small error, I called the restaurant and was met with simply the nicest man who sent out the correct order along with a little gift and follow up call. I’m so use to sloppy service and I have to say they went above and beyond! Super impressed! Everyone makes mistakes and what separates people is how they deal with them. Well done guys!!!

   Not delivered at requested time, then when "redelivered" we were emailed advising it was running late - no worries. After an hour, we called to ask how much longer to be told it had been delivered with no email, text or call notification. Food was left at door and completely cold. And then when we followed up on this were lied to, saying the driver tried to contact us but our phone wasnt working!! We only ordered from here due to being a close by restaurant that wasn't sold out of "death by chicken" pizza even though their ratings are low. Now we know why.

   I must say I was impressed w/ how piping hot our order was tonight!! As if we were in store picking it up, we ordered the double mischief (I thought this had less taste than the rest of our order), brimstone with a few minor tweaks, onion rings w/ chipotle salsa and lamb shank w/ mashed potatoes- good portion sizes

   What have you done to the lust deluxe pizza? Why covered in pepper to the point it was uneatable. The remade ones were better but still very pepper heavy. The family have spoken only domino's from now on.
