Have ordered a double Hawaiian pizza from pizza hut lynfield twice. Both times there are less toppings than you would expect on a single topping pizza and the last one they had put it on a thin base instead of standard. No response to complaint. Save yourself the issues and go somewhere else
I used to avoid this place due to poor customer service but on my recent visit it looks like the staff have now changed and everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the store was clean and tidy.
I had a great experience at Pizza Hut Lynfield! The staff were friendly and attentive, and my order was ready quickly. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, with generous toppings and a perfect crust. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of parking, which made the visit even easier.
Ordered just 3 large ones. Had to wait more than 30 mins to pick up, and no "sorry" or "thank you". REALLY! 25,000 small and medium businesses just had to close out there and you think you can treat your customers like that and survive! Absolutely not coming back and not recommend!
I placed an order in store and the staff just didnโt look they knew what they were doing. I ordered 4 pizzas, the toppings on the pizzas was very minimal and barely any cheese. Not only that but all of the pizzas were burnt to the point it was fully black on the edges. Do not recommend.
Most recent experience: friendly guy behind the counter. Order was ready pretty quickly. Just the toppings were ridiculous, ordered three pizzas and it was like eating plain bread with some tomato paste. Very stingy with the toppings sadly. First experience (with images): Made a web order. Order was ready within 15 minutes of placing order. We haven't had pizza hut in years due to how bad our past experiences were. Hope restored tonight as the pizzas were well made. Good amount of toppings, tasty overall.

Spoken with someone on phone regarding this issue but in revert got nothing Worst customer service ever!!!! They will hang up call and put you on hold for long They dont even care Save your self from this store or waste your money. Best option order from Dominos
Terrible. Poor quality pizzas with minimal toppings. Were loyal for many years but has gone down hill. Luckily we have a couple of dominos close by.
Friendly efficent staff. Was a Thursday night and it was free while the place next door was queued. 4 pizzas and sides under 40 bucks.
I ordered a big new Yorker with a San Francisco base. Instead I was served a regular base and when I raised the issue, the staff worker told me I was mistaken when it was clearly not what I had ordered. I told them that I had the San Francisco base just the other night and that this was just the regular base. They responded by telling me I "should just eat it anyways because I will enjoy it" . Stingy on the toppings too. There are some slices with no meat at all. I've uploaded a photo of what I had today vs what I had recently at another store. Clearly different. Mistakes happen but poor handling with zero effort to rectify the issue.
