Accept fake academic and financial documents from India and if we complain no action taken . Useless for international student to study in such university ..

I am a current student at Otago Polytechnic, and I am extremely disappointed with how the academic system is being handled. While I performed very well in Block 1 and Block 2, things changed completely in Block 3. The professor who taught us was not the same person who evaluated our assessments. This has created serious inconsistencies, as the teaching method and evaluation style were completely different. It's very unfair to be taught by one professor and then assessed by someone else who has a completely different marking approach. I personally showed my work to the professor who taught us, and they gave me very positive feedback. However, the assessment was marked by another professor—who never taught us—and I was failed. This kind of disconnection between teaching and grading is not just confusing, it’s demotivating. I have also read many similar comments and reviews from other students saying they had the same experience. It feels like the institution is deliberately making students fail one or two courses to force them to pay extra fees and repeat blocks. Now I am really stressed and unsure how I will pass in the upcoming blocks if the same thing happens again. If this continues, I will seriously consider changing my institute. I came here to study and succeed—not to be trapped in a system that seems unfair and inconsistent. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and brings more transparency and fairness to the teaching and assessment process.

The worst education experience I ever meet. English learning students hardly get any support from this institution, most of them need another term and spend more money to pass the exam.

It’s the worst descision of my life to be in this collage I faced a lot of problems .very slow support not for someone looking for better opportunity rather consider a collage far from city cause they won’t provide more opportunities and information the international students face a lot of problems and difficulties they know they are the visa providers that’s why they always show themselves se as a upper hand to you and no such job opportunities . Honest review All international students business rather than education .even sometimes professors have to cut syllabus when they don’t know how to do that difficult part .

Worst college to study as an international students. Fake promises, as matter of fact they offered internship in one of Travel agent which just have a small cabin and two chairs on top of that they have audacity to say that's the only option you have. Never ever recommend this collage to anyone. Specially, team who responsible for internship as if they doing big jobs where they just useless and sit in office and get paid by our money to do nothing. This collage is full of frauds and liers.

They courses offered by the school are very practical with lots of focus on real life examples without compromising the academic integrity . Overall experiences have exceeded my expectations. I love to study here. The lecturers and staffs were excellent and made me feel at home. The tuition fee is reasonable compared to the well-known uni. It's great because I can get the same level of qualification with fewer costs. I know some of the students are not able to graduate from this institution, but hey, If you're not studying, don't expect to graduate. It's not fair for other students who study hard. If you guys want to earn money, don't blame OP if you fail. You came to OP for study not working.

This is no way to give 0 star out of 5, otherwise I will give 0 instead of 1. I was studying here from 2015 to 2017. I think this training institution was founded to earn tuition fees from international students. This institution will not help you academically. From my personal experience, I don't recommend you( or someone) to study at this place. However, there are some good reviews from other students, perhaps we are not talking about the same place. LOL

I graduated from Otago Polytechnic at the end of last year. I had an incredible and positive experience in my uni. The lectures are professionals in their field and always answer questions and spare additional time for student support and development. My course was in an IT major and I learned new things and approaches because the program is cutting edge and contains all new trends as Data Science, CHI, etc. The staff also friendly and helpful, I got much help especially in the beginning when I was fresh to the country and frequently needed a piece of advice and the right person always was there. I am happy that I was studying here and every time remember my uni with much appreciations. Thank you to my teachers and people who work there very hard and help students every day, you made my life brighter and definitely open new doors! All the best!
