    Awesome training - in explicitly practical stuff - from an extremely skilled, conscientious and effective teacher. Especially cool to really notice session-by-session progression. Andre's classes have a really positive, learning-oriented atmosphere (no egos, no nonsense). It's presented in a systematic, clear and SAFE way, too. Injury prevention is taken seriously, which is really good. Great space/set-up too, with access to a small gym with all sorts of tools to help you take your strength and conditioning to the next level, too.
