   Our boy has been going to aunty Briars for his groom since he was a puppy and they do a fantastic job! He loves going there for day stays as it's like his second home. They love him as much as we do! We love Aunty Briars as they take such great care of our boy!!

   My dog has PTSD no socialising, contact with other dogs or people before I rescued her. Frightened of everything people noise etc. From first groom Hazel accepted groom and had no fear on return visits. I needed after an accident someone to look after Hazel, Aunty Briar came to the rescue. Can’t rate highly enough. Thank you all at Aunty Briars

   Auntie Briar’s is the best geoomer we have ever been to. Our dogs had very negative experiences with groomers. To the point where one was puking and wetting himself when we got to the groomer. Our other dog is very reactive and doesn’t cope well with other dogs. At auntie briar’s, it is a straight miracle. Our older dog loves being there to the point where he runs in to be with them. Our other reactive dog, he frolicks and plays with the other dogs after being groomed because they make such a calm and friendly environment. Our older dog never shakes in fear and even stayed with them while we were away. I think he wanted to live there permanently! Auntie briar’s has truly transformed our pups into confident little guys who absolutely strut their stuff after being groomed. Lots of love from Ollie and Teddy. They truly adore you all!

   Unfortunately this was the worst groom we have had. Our schnauzer came back unevenly groomed, still bits of long hair in places and cut on her belly. I will caveat she was very long when she went in, but we have been to another place in grey Lynn consistently and she always comes back beautifully cut and smelly delicious. We will be going back to that place.

   My dog regularly does play dates at Briar's, and gets groomed here every couple of months as well. We've done the occasional overnight too. She has been going here for at least a year now, and is always excited when we head up the driveway. I love having access to Auntie Briar's. I love that the dogs are allowed to roam around, and I love how the staff treat my dog with the kind of affection as if she were their own. I think the hours are fantastic, and the price for play dates and overnight stays is an absolute bargain. I am especially grateful for the flexibility with drop-ins, as I work irregular and unpredictable hours. My dog has become extremely sociable since going to Briar's regularly, and her confidence around other dogs is much better. Whenever she gets groomed she always comes back looking fantastic, and I don't imagine she's easy on the table (I can't even trim her nails myself). We're very happy. Have included a couple of pics of different grooming styles she has had from Briar's - one summer trim, one winter hygiene trim, one Schnauzer-style cut.

   This is like a spa day for your beloved Furkid. Nemo absolutely loves it there and is always so excited to see his Aunties. Nemo had been battling cancer and the resulting invasive operations , but this wasn’t an issue . They came to the car to do his nails when he was covered in stitches , and they took such gentle care of him when he had his first groom after the stitches were out and were so gentle on his new skin. Thank you so much for being so kind , empathetic and protective of my little man x it means the world to us like you do to him xoxoxo

   Absolutely shocking service. Prior to sending my dog here i read the reviews and hoped for the best, however i now understand the shocking reviews. My dog stayed at Auntie Briars for 10 days and came back infested with fleas and was itching constantly and looked very uncomfortable (he had been fleaed prior to dropping him off and had no itching whatsoever). Therefore i texted them in a very respectful manner asking whether other dogs used his bed or blankets with stating that my dog now has fleas. The response i got was absolutely shocking as she begun to speak foul words to me. She said i was a “ungracious piece of work” for simply asking a question in a respectful way. I am incredibly shocked by this service and would NOT recommend this service to anybody who cares about their pups. If she is able to treat humans like this, who knows how she will be treating our dogs while we are away. A horrifying experience and disgusting person. I reccomend sending your dogs to All Seasons Pet Resort, as they treat our dogs with the utmost respect and love - something Aunt Briar cannot do.

   After 8+ years of taking my dog to be groomed at Aunty Briars NEVER again. I rang for the first time today to give feedback on the latest groom - which my had her eyelashes cut off, (we repeatively ask for these not to be touched), face is erratically cut & she has a nick under her arm. To be abused & told my dog was aggressive and the worst behaved dog they have ever had. And then to be hung up on….. after 8 years never to be told this before, I would expect professional, experienced groomers to be able to maintain & cope with dogs of all behaviours. Let’s face it not all dogs like being groomed. There will be no more CASH coming your way. The rudest, fowl mouthed owner out.

   The lovely staff here took care of my puppy for a few hours while he got his nails done and a trim around his face. They did an amazing job and have great dog treats for sale they make themselves. Will definitely be coming back or dropping our pup off for a play date/daycare.
