   They asking for ID to buy a lighter & a can of coke ?? In New Zealand, there is no specific legal requirement to show identification or any other documentation when purchasing a lighter from a liquor shop. Lighters are generally considered household items or accessories and are not classified as restricted or regulated products under New Zealand law. Please educate your staff or update your policies towards selling basic household item.

   Was in the store today to purchase some Items, they had 1800 Coconut Tequila on special for $74.99, (normally $79), asked for the receipt as thought the bill seemed a bit high, but was in a rush to get home. Got home to find they had over charged me by $10! Very disappointed and pissed off! Please always ask for a receipt, seems these cowboys are in the business of ripping off good customers!! No phone number listed anywhere to call them either! Maybe the commerce commission and west auckland liquor licensing need to audit these cowboys? I’ll email both.

   Lovely tidy store but the staff seemed very drained and unhappy. Looked like they wanted to do anything but work. Once you cracked a joke they were super kind and lovely, but doesn't look like they have the best time otherwise.

   Great selection! Lots of rare items in store. Service is what it is pay and leave but it doesn't detract from the quality of the store. Sometimes closes an hour before stated times consistantly so plan ahead. Great little shop!
