Absolutely terrible service. No response to calls or emails. Please atleast get your contact number going. Unbelievable nothing was done despite all the negative reviews/suggestions for VFS NZ. Disappointing
No Auckland (working) phone contact available, web link sent by UK Foreign Office not working, a nightmare to find out how to book appt. Very stressful process. Also, if from out of Auckland, parking in Manakau near MIT building none existent, no help whatsoever re that from VFS. If could give 0 star rating absolutely would.

Some of staff were nice but another not and lack of patience. It’s not a pleasant experience.
Been here three times. Had to wait about an hour every time. This could be done in 15-20 minutes had there been more staff
Not a great experience with this organisation so far. Used their website to create the appointment for a UK settled status application and it allowed me to make the appointment and happily sold me a document upload service. Wasn't until we got to the appointment that we were told that this service is only available in Auckland - we made the appointment for the Wellington branch - and we had to courier our documents to them. Did that, but still waiting on notification that they received them a week later. No clue when we'll get the passports and documents back, and no phone number to call. I gave 2 stars because the person in the wellington office was friendly but seemed a bit over it (which is fair)
My application has been processed and a decision has been made by UKVI. But I did not hear from the visa application center and cannot get my original passport back even thought I will depart soon and the passport was needed for Schengen visa. No contact number, no email. The website is not working. No way to reach them. I cannot believe it is 2022.
