   I love popping in to the Countdown after work. So convenient, well stocked with all our grocery needs. I have 3 sons living at home and my hubby so I'm always topping up on meat here. The meat is pretty affordable. We grab a big bag of sausages that splits into 2 meals for us. Chicken tenders, fish, chicken nuggets and chips, burgers, pizza, dumplings, spaghetti bolognaise or lasagna are all on our menu and easily available here.

   Best customer care and service from Deviana (please excuse spelling) yesterday and the other 2 women who helped me out. My car battery needed a jump. The lady collecting the trolleys about 5:30pm noticed my trouble. She got help in the form of Deviana and her workmate. Devianna kindly jump started my car and gave me great advice. It was cold and dark but not the hearts of these ladies. Thank you thank you thank you Fa'afetai mo tou alofa.

   I visit this store when I'm heading out that area & yesterday was normal as can be. I like the staff who are pleasant & helpful & when I ask a staff member when I'm having trouble looking for a item they're mostly right, but others who maybe new on the job having to call their work colleagues for assistance. So as I was about to leave the store o kindly ask a staff member for the public toilets & she replied that it was out of service, then she said that there are Portaloo outside the front, but because I came from the underground parking there were no signs to indicate the portaloo, so I went towards it but was occupied. After the person that came out of it he said to me that it was very messy & behold it was. So wasn't a happy chappy.

   The shopping experience was really good. All the sections are clearly marked and goods are nicely arranged which makes a shopping a easy experience. Very big space so has lot of options to choose from. Plenty of parking which is also a good thing for a supermarket which is always busy.
