   Dr. Li Zhuang is incredibly professional and caring. Even though it wasn’t her working day today, she still helped us with the medication and explained everything patiently. Some negative reviews mention long waiting times, but that’s only because the doctors here take their time to properly care for each patient. Dr. Li Zhuang is honestly the best GP I’ve ever met. Highly recommended.

   I have been coming here my whole life and never experienced a bad moment here. Yes your appointment will always be late but that is because Dr wah spends his time with you and prioritises each and every single one of his patients trying to find the root of the cause. Dr Wah will work with you and not try to move on to the next person untill your problem is solved. Truly wonderful staff here and are not afraid to share a joke which is the highlight of my time here.

   This practice is never on time. They are always at least half an hour to an hour late or sometimes even more on busy days. If a patient didnt turn up at the scheduled time, then a reasonable practice would take the next patient who has arrived on time. Instead, they will take the patient who was supposed to be there half an hour earlier and tell the on-time patient to wait. It is such a waste of time. Very disappointed

   Michael Wah has been our family GP for over 30 years. His expertise, combined with exceptional care, is always above and beyond. If Michael has a fault, it is that each patient appointment takes as long as is needed; be patient, it's worth it. I've always known I was in good hands; thank you for being an exceptional doctor.

   Current receptionist is rude and growls patients off instead of listening to what their needs are. Phone lines are always busy and it is hard to get through to the receptionist. Website says it opens at 8am, but you can't get through till after 10am. Frustrating experience.

   Mum was treated by Dr Wah with dignity, super patience. He takes his time to listen and respond. The best GP we've ever dealt with in AKL. Thank you Michael. The reception service could be better in few areas.

   Best GP EVER..... swapped over to Dr Wah after years of nagging from my parents. Best choice I ever made. If you want a panadol Dr who is all about rushing you out the door so he can get in as many patience for $$ then this is not the place for you. Very chill, tells it like it is and isn't about pampering to your feelings. Your health is his Priority .... Very grateful. Especially doing home visits after hours when my mum became terminally ill. Goodluck finding a genuine GP like him.

   I’ve been going to him for years! Dr Wah has been my family doctor for so so long and we can truly say that he is that best. We live quite far from ponsonby but are always willing to take the drive to get his help. He’s always insightful and genuinely cares for his patients.
