I’ve purchased two flower arrangements for my mother from this business, as they’re one of the few willing to deliver all the way to Gulf Harbour. Being based in Australia, this convenience has been incredibly helpful. However, my mother has now received two arrangements that appeared several days old on arrival and were unlikely to last. I emailed Jo about the condition of the flowers shown here (clearly a few flowers already going yellow), and she advised that the long delivery distance caused the damage, offering a $5 refund. Unfortunately, this response reflects poor accountability and leaves me with little confidence in the service. I won’t be ordering from her again and will leave this review to make your own judgement.
Jo at The Wild Bunch has been looking after me for two events very important to me. She’s been very kind, thoughtful and considered, and an amazing communicator. She’s designed and created a couple of beautiful pieces within my budget. Exceeded expectations.

Absolutely stunning bouquet selections, Posy Pastel was so pretty and bigger than I thought it would be (I got a demure bouquet). Also delivery was seamless. The lovely lady who picked up the phone was also super helpful about tracking the order after I realised I needed to have ordered earlier for delivery to business addresses - but all is well and the recipient loved them (the photo is of the flowers the next day, looking as fresh as ever)
Sent in season tulips to my partner, and they turned up on time and the bunch of tulips were a beautiful mix of vibrant colours. Recommended.

This is the third time I’ve used Wild Bunch for bouquet delivery in Auckland. Each time I’ve been overseas to place the order, so something of a leap of faith. I’ve been so impressed with the service, communication, and beautiful floral arrangements that have been so well received. Can’t recommend Wild Bunch highly enough.
The flowers were beautiful. The receiver loved them. They were supposed to be delivered on Monday but got delivered on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. Not a problem but a heads up telling me this would have been nice. But the bouquet was just huge and beautiful. Worth the money.
