Dentist here is good professional and helpful but Reception Indian punjabi women with fair skin horrible attitude and bad manners. She looks like she got toothache no say hello no say thank you no smile and she act like she doesn't like her job so unexpired.

I wish I could fully express my feelings about our experiences here over the past 3–4 years. If you have a young child (under 5) who is anxious or struggles to sit perfectly still, I strongly recommend finding another provider. Over the years, each visit has become more and more uncomfortable for our entire family. I typically avoid switching familiar places, but when you receive a follow-up call suggesting that your child be physically restrained for their next visit—it’s clear that it’s time to move on and prioritize both their physical and mental well-being. Additionally, practitioners should never assume a child’s dental issues are solely due to excessive sugar consumption. Tooth decay can be caused by many many factors, yet no one here ever asked about family history. Instead, they immediately assumed poor brushing habits and a high-sugar diet, leaving both me and my child feeling judged and disheartened. A word of advice: train oral therapists to work with young children. Kindness costs nothing, and taking just a minute or two to engage with a child and put them at ease can make a world of difference in their willingness to cooperate during treatment. This is also part of your job. Instead, that time was spent belittling parents and being unnecessarily harsh with the child. As a gentle reminder, taxpayer dollars fund these clinics—“free” is just another way of saying the bill has already been paid. A certain level of service and respect is not just expected but required. Unfortunately, we received neither. Absolutely disappointing and shameful.
A great first dental treatment for my daughter the dentist Summer explained all the steps to my 6 year old in a way she could understand and her and the dental assistant were kind and very professional.
