   Worst experience ever! We booked a consultation with Nick, but on the day, we were attended to by an Asian lady who clearly had no idea what she was doing. She attempted to design the ring, then gave up, saying, “I don’t know how this works.” To make matters worse, she suggested we “just go online, look at the designs, and place the order there.” She didn’t even bother to size our rings. Finally, we were told Nick would follow up with us, that never happened.

   First heard of Polished Diamonds on The Rock Radio. The way i heard Nick talk about the care and love put into each ring I knew I wanted my engagement ring made by him. I no longer live in nz but that didn't matter, I was getting it made there and flew over to collect it. The ring was perfect and fit my fiancé on the first go. Both me and my fiancé have agreed all future jewellery will be brought from polished diamonds. We've had nothing but bad luck or bad service with big chain jewellery shops in Australia

   Great process (ease of ring design to get what I wanted), friendly and helpful customer engagement, fantastic quality (they recast something they didn't think was 100% perfect), good communication, and I LOVE it. I am very happy with my experience with Polished Diamonds and annoying everyone by showing them. I'm excited to wear it and very lucky for a special anniversary. Highly recommend.

   Highly recommended having your dream engagement ring designed by polished diamonds. They are very professional and I absolutely love my custom designed champagne diamond ring! The prices are really reasonable and they design rings more beautiful than some of the other 'trendy' /popular companies which charge a premium for their branding.    Polished Diamonds caught my attention due to the modern appealing styles of engagement rings I saw they had designed. I visited the Christchurch store in New Regent St & found the staff very welcoming, keen to assist and pressure free. The most important thing was that after settling on a design the ring arrived on time and was absolutely stunning, I was very impressed and my fiancé was overwhelmed with delight. The quality of manufacture was perfect. Could not be happier and every time I look at it I am just so wowed at how stunning it looks. From start to finish Dan went above & beyond exceeding my expectation from initial design concepts to a last minute resize. I could not recommend and praise polished diamonds enough.
