   This feedback is for an awesome Mortgage Broker called Andy :) - (if I can give you 100 stars rating here I will). I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing from the start about purchasing a property. Andy was recommended to me by a friend and from there it felt like a long journey to do and I thought I wasn't going to get a house this year - it took only 4 or less months & I found my perfect house already and Andy navigated me through that process. My experience with Andy has been all the way fantastic, he made it easy as possible for me to understand going about things. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his clients. He is more like a guiding friend and he will protect you from making a mistake that can cause stuff ups sometimes in buying houses but at the same time he allows you to making your own decisions (autonomy) which is great, if you don't have someone as experienced like Andy - taking you through the steps from a buyer's perspective, I would of been lost or taken a longer time of owning my first buy. It was a roller coaster journey for me up until I got accepted to buy the house and Andy I believed we had a great team working on our side and I could have not done this without you being in my team. I am very grateful for your 4 p's- positive, patience, professionalism and proactive -efforts and I cannot Thank you enough because the appreciation is abundant from me being so Happy with my first home with a great outcome and experienced from working with an excellent Broker such as you Andy :) I will highly recommend you to others and I still want to keep you as my ongoing broker :) .
