   Terrible place to be, if you are punctual and responsible person, run away because they don't care about the customer. Terrible customer service. I'm pregnant and there is an ultrasound worker/woman there, who hates working early in the morning, everytime I book an appointment at 8am I have a problem, never on time. The last 4 times, 2 times she was more than 20 minutes late (considering that 8am its the first time, she arrives late), the third time she canceled 1 day before and the last time, today, she gave a sick leave with only 30 minutes notice, so I got the message when I was already there (detail I took annual leave at work to have a smooth day, because every appointment there is 20 or 30 minutes late, it messes my day, and stress me out. I'm organized person. The management team said they couldn't do anything, they wanted to book me only in 3 weeks and I am high risk pregnancy I can't wait that long. After complaining a lot they found a spot for me at other clinic. But really never more I will book any appointment there. They should take accountability when someone doesn't show up to work, they should find solutions. 30 minutes notice to cancel appointment is not enough.
