The staff were extremely professional and helpful and never once made me feel rushed. I came out with two very different pairs of glasses, both of which really suit me. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I was visiting from Auckland and my sunglasses arm broke. The staff were very helpful and genuinely nice and knew what they were doing. Zac looked after me and managed to do an emergency fix on them, while I went for breakfast. Wonderful service.
Their attention to customer is on point. Very efficient and know what they are doing. The prices as well were convenient for me (student). I got my Blue-light glasses, I love them.
An amazing team who accommodated my needs with great care and kindness, was genuinely impressed with how well I was taken care of and assisted in finding two gorgeous pairs of glasses for an incredible price. Everyone I interacted with held themselves to a very high quality level of service while maintaining a friendly and thoughtful interaction. When pricing my glasses, Jin told me "nothing is impossible for my patients", and that spoke to me the standard of care that naturally comes from this branch. I cannot express how grateful I am to the team for their help, nor can I express how much I reccommend this branch for quality care and service. They made the process from eye test to prescription glasses & prescription sunglasses so stress-free and comfortable, I absolutely appreciate all the assistance that went towards my purchase, thus have a lovely reminder whenever I put on a pair

Love this Specsavers. So friendly, fast, efficient, great prices and service. You walk in and immediately get helped, the optometrists are really friendly and explain everything they are doing and then someone helps you pick out frames from a huge selection if needed.
