Staff need to train more as they don't have knowledge to speak to the customer. The way the guy was talking was like sitting in the bar and ordering. Willing to book tickets but Better go to another agency .

Great customer service and a big big thank you to Aliza for being so helpful going extra mile as she did my mother in laws ticket to go back home Nepal and we were very concerned because of pandemic but she made us feel very special and assured us by checking every steps and checklist one by one from PCR test, luggage and so on. Always very responsive via email, text and phone when we have queries regards flight. She even came at airport on departure to meet in person to see everything is up to date and ready to fly.
