All staff are so friendly, i had a great experience. They were so patient with my dog and very thorough. This place will definately be my new go to veterinary.

They've always been caring and non-judgmental with their approach, and I always come out learning more about how to look after my pets. We adopted a cat late last year that had severe dental issues and the team at Ellerslie Veterinary Clinic has helped her immeasurably. Our cat needed all of her teeth removed due to neglect from her previous home and the team have helped her not just with the dental surgery but also been with us every step of the way of her recovery to becoming happy and healthy member of our family. The staff are always friendly and the clinic runs very smoothly! Always zero hassle to book appointments even with specific requirements. Would highly recommend as a primary vet to anyone! Also very conveniently located alongside a petstock which makes it a very one stop location for pet supplies.
So happy I chose this vet! After many recommendations from the community I enrolled my new kitten at this vet and am super happy with it. A place full of lovely ladies who obviously care about animals so much. Me and my kitten felt super comfortable here. Thank you to the team!
Always a great experience at this vets for my cats! The vet nurses at the front desk are consistently kind, understanding, and personable, and they are always ready to offer advice if the vets are busy. The veterinarians here are clearly passionate about what they do, too, and explain any conditions my cats have and any treatment options in great detail. The only downside I've found is the cost, however, I understand that high-quality care does not come cheap and will continue to bring my beloved animals here for their care. Thank you so much guys :)
I was looking at another vet closer to my home but found that they werent all that good, by the comments... someone in their reviews recommended Ellerslie vet and so Ive encrusted my animals to them. I find the comments people leave very helpful. So I hope this helps someone too. Lovely staff and a comfortable environment. My kitten was treated carefully and got all the help he needed! I'm pleased and I will be taking my other pets there as well.
I came here this morning for the first time. I initially dealt with Libby over the phone and email a few weeks prior to my appointment, she was great. I met with Dr Kathrin Brinker who was so lovely to me and my fur baby. What a nice clean facility, plenty of carparks and friendly staff the moment you walk in. I'm very impressed with this place, it is now my new vet for my cat. I highly recommend this vet.
After spending a lot of time at Ellerslie Vet Clinic over the last few months with a very sick Rabbit we only have positive things to say. Everything they do is in the best interest of the animal and you will be hard pressed to find a more caring, knowledgeable and considered team (especially Dr Kathrin, Dr Andrea, & the amazing Della). Thank you so much for your support and help over the years, we will not forget it.
My bunny stopped eating and popping suddenly and lasted for two days. I brought him to this clinic. Thanks to Dr. Kathrin for saving my bunny’s life. She is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My bunny was much better after staying at the clinic for a whole day. He started eating and popping. This clinic is one of the best clinics I have come across. Highly recommend!
The staff and owners here are fantastic. They treat you better than family. The animals are well cared for from the minute they come through the door. Any cat staying in the cattery gets lots of love throughout the day.
