Had the braised pork and Bok choy on rice, was really good. Glad to discover another place making real food in Welly. Nice chill and friendly service :)
Tasty food with nice selection of broths (got curry flavour), and nice customer service. Came with corn bits as well when cooked! However food choices were a bit lacking, some trays were gone and some trays that were there had little meat left, and was frozen so it was hard to get out. Easy fix for next time hopefully, prices were not too bad.
Great jian bing and make your own noodle dish from the self serve buffet.

Love this place! I’ve tried quite a lot of their menu now and I think the tomato seafood one might be my favourite. I also like the pickled based soup as well. 4 stars because they’re not vegetarian friendly, I’ve tried to bring vegetarian friends here a couple times to be reminded that there are no options.
Mixed feelings about this place. The pickled vege noodles with fish was delicious and the broth was very nice. The hot and spicy beef noodle soup was a good level of spice but a little bland after having the pickled vege broth and the beef could have been more tender. I also ordered the $7.50 brown sugar bubble tea with came with ice filled to the top of the cup so for a 700ml cup, half of it was ice. It also didn't come with pearls/boba even though the sign said it comes with pearls. When I asked the owner if it was missing the pearls, he said it doesn't include pearls...not sure why the sign says pearls then? A bit misleading. If I came back, it'll only be for the pickled vege fish noodle soup.
Fantastic selection. Love that you and pick and choose either from a pre made menu or mix it all yourself! Price was reasonable as well. Photos featuring Malatang and Jian Bing. The malatang I chose had a delicious curry base, it was like a make your own laksa! The Jian bing was deliciously crisp. Would go again!
