The best nail bar in Auckland! I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past four years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The girls are so talented, friendly, and they look after you so well. I always leave loving my nails. Highly recommend!
i had a really bad experience here. the first nail tech who prepped my nails cut my cuticles so badly they were bleeding and took about 2 weeks to heal, everything i touched hurt or even just small knocks were so painful. ever since then, my cuticles haven’t been the same, they still feel sensitive and sometimes hurt when i accidentally knock them. they also didn’t properly do the designed i showed them and my nails started falling off less than a week later (all of them ended up falling off within 2 weeks). they charged me $115 for simple/basic gel X nails, and never offered me a discount or a proper apology after cutting my cuticles. the first lady i got didn’t even notice my cuticles bleeding, and i also didn’t see them sanitise anything between clients. i will NOT be coming back as this was a bad & painful first experience!!
Great nail salon, had a great time there. The nail technician was very nice and we had a chat together, she also gave me great advice about my nails. Very happy with my set, will be back soon for the next one. Thanks again!
Had a great experience here, called to book an appt on same day for builder gel removal (from another salon) and builder gel application, they were able to see me so went there for the first time, the lady took great care of my nails and I’m super happy with the outcome, I thought it was a really good price compared to other salons and I will be coming back, have found my new nail salon!
Only come here if you are willing to wait on average 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment. The last 4 times I have visited I have waited between 25-45 minutes, each time hoping I wouldn’t have the same experience. Today’s experience: I called up at 4pm on Friday to book an appointment for 10:30am on Saturday, you’d think that when I booked the team would have good visibility over the next morning’s appointments and would be able to suggest a realistic time for my appointment. But no, I waited 25 minutes before I was seen – disappointing to waste such precious time on the weekend. I can see from the other reviews this is an ongoing issue and also saw another lady walk out, sick of waiting, this morning. The Nail Bar team, please consider ways to better manage your booking system. You do a good job at brows and nails, but this poor customer service isn’t up to scratch.
Always take great care of me, and never say no to all the silly designs I come in with. A group of VERY talented ladies, and my nails have never looked better!
