   I never expected that I’ll leave any dental site with such a big smile. Haha! Vera and the wider team at Bright Smile Dental are incredible. I had the most terrible dental phobia for the past 25 years however through Vera’s exceptional care, kindness and professionalism my fear has gone, such a smooth process for my tooth extraction. Vera is phenomenal, super kind and gentle. I had absolutely no pain after the procedure. Special thanks to Preeti for organising my same day appointment on a priority! I cannot recommend them enough.    BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS About their grabone offer: Their grabone offer is a bait. Went there for a teeth x-ray package including scale and polish. The dentist straightaway said "most customers do not read the fine print on grabone, I will check your teeth and let you know if there are any extra charges". No hi, no hello, no greeting. Just a well-rehearsed sales pitch. How do I even describe the feeling? It was kind of like the dentist was trying hard to prep me up to shell out a few hundred dollars for something I didn't actually need. After the sales pitch ended, I politely declined the offer as the dentist was trying to charge almost three times the amount I had already paid for the grabone voucher. I was then told by the dentist to reach out to grabone for a refund but their terms say "no refunds unless required by law", so whether I would receive the refund or not is anyone's guess. About their service: Reached the clinic 10 minutes before the appointment but the door was locked from the inside. What the??? I could clearly hear the dentist talking to a patient. I kept knocking for over 10 minutes but no one arrived. Eventually had to call their 0800 number to see what was going on. The person on the phone asked me to wait and said they would immediately call the dentist. A couple of minutes later, the dentist's assistant arrived and unlocked the door but instead of getting an apology or seeing even a small degree of remorse in their eyes, all I saw was a "bright smile" on the assistant's face. Awful, appalling, abominable service - worse than a dumpster fire.
