   The experience at Specsavers Lynnmall was exceptional, from the initial phone call to receiving new glasses. Such a high level of service across multiple interactions with different staff members is rare. Josh performed the eye test with remarkable care and a personable, kind demeanour. The process was thorough and comfortable. Tamana, a fantastic optician, took the time to build rapport and clearly explain the changes in the eyes, offering great reassurance. Her expertise and patience were much appreciated. Fazeel's assistance with selecting frames was outstanding. He provided numerous options while thoughtfully discussing the pros and cons and different costs. He was patient, personable, and respectful, and stayed past closing time to ensure complete satisfaction with the choice. The collaborative and attentive service from this team is a genuine credit to Specsavers Lynnmall and I highly recommend them.

   Being with specsaver new Lynn for 15 years and the staff are absolutely brilliant always a smile easy to communicate with all the staff, the owner phillip Walsh is a but of a commedien and funny very experience optician and knowledgeable about the eyes.10/10.    Spec Savers have proven to be more cost-effective in eyewear in accordance with my budget. It allowed for 2 pairs of prescription glasses to suit my eye health requirements and a huge range of frames (including branded frames) to select from. On this occasion I opted to a complete change in the shape of the frame + in metal and I and absolutely loved it. Spec Savers New Lynn is highly recommended.

   The staff a Specsavers New Lynn are friednly, courteous and professional. They did carried out a thorough eye exam, gave me pointers to improve my eye health and spent as much time as I needed to choose new frames and get them measured/fitted. Also, new prescription is amazing, my eyes feel better already. Will definitely go there again, thanks team!

   Having had a wonderful optometrist for the last 20 years who I was always happy with, it was hard to change...and I was hesitant, to be honest. I can recommend Specsavers in New Lynn, 100%. They were efficient, polite, friendly and the Optometrist who checked my eyes was experienced, informative and extremely supportive. I felt that all bases were covered when I had my tests. I had all my records forwarded to Specsavers so now they have everything on file. I am very loyal hence the hesitancy in changing, but if you have to make a change, I cannot recommend them more highly. My new frames were economical and it is exciting to have a change of frames and an upgrade in lenses.
