   Admittedly I was late by 5mins due to traffic getting in and they couldn't fit me in. I have been advised my health conditions could be due to my eyes and specsavers were the place to go. Won't recommend Specsavers Henderson. Will book with another eye company that maybe more understanding and able to help with my eye sight

   An absolutely lovely experience. I was very nervous but the optometrist was amazing and explained what he was going to do. I've never had to wear glasses before and I must say I love wearing them even though I think I look weird. 3 staff members dealt with me and they were all amazing. Thank you for making me feel comfortable during the whole process, I really appreciate it.

   I was having second thoughts posting this because I know people make mistakes, but at this point my girl needs her glasses for a test shes due to sit soon & also a lesson learnt for someone like me, who should have called in earlier to avoid any more delays. We have been waiting over a month now for her glasses to arrive, so I decided to ring in, only to be told that the order was not even sent in & I may need to wait another 2 weeks. Im so disappointed, my girl may not even be able to sit an important test next week but I thought to jump on here and mention if you have been waiting well over 2 weeks, don't wait any longer & double check that they've processed your order because they won't have it sent out immediately for you even if they did stuff up your order or you've been waiting well over the time you needed to wait.

   It was my first eye test and consultation with the team @ Specsavers Henderson. I had Yoo Jin (optometrist) and she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything very clearly to me; it felt like we were just having a normal conversation she didn’t make me feel tense or intimidated at all. I was also looked after by Sean, he helped me picked the right frames for me; he was so easy going and our time just flowed, he wasn’t pushy or anything, he made me feel comfortable and excited to come back. I also was looked after by a lovely girl at the front which I quite didn’t remember her name. But she was so welcoming and so cheerful when she took the pictures of my eyes she made me feel so settled. The 3 people that looked after me made me feel like we were friends just having a catch up. Thank you Specsavers team @ Henderson I can’t wait to see you all again when I come and pick up my frames.
