   I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the conditions at MagicLoft Indoor Playground. The temperature inside is unbearably hot, to the point where it becomes a serious safety hazard. No child should be exposed to this level of heat — the risk of heat exhaustion or even heatstroke is very real. It is shocking that an indoor playground would allow such unsafe conditions to continue. I have already filed a report with the City Council because this is absolutely unacceptable for a facility meant for children. Until the management takes urgent action to fix the ventilation and cooling issues, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. RE:Your response is completely unacceptable. “Constraints” are not an excuse for failing to provide a safe environment for children. If the indoor temperature is dangerously high, then the facility is not safe to operate, and it is your legal responsibility to address it properly—not to brush it off with vague explanations or temporary fans. The so-called “ventilation system” you mentioned is clearly insufficient, and adding a few portable fans does nothing to solve a serious heat-risk problem. This is not about comfort; it is about child safety. Since you are unwilling to take real action, I have already submitted a detailed report to the City Council, and I will continue to follow up until this issue is taken seriously.

   We visited Magic Loft Avondale with our two boys and had such a good time. The staff were warm and genuinely welcoming. My kids were busy, happy and safe in the playground while I relaxed in the café area, still able to keep an eye on them. The space was set up well for families, fun for the kids, comfortable for adults. We’ll definitely go back.

   Amazing place for kids… a great day out of fun… also they have huge party rooms for your little one to cut cake and eat with friends… my kiddo loved it and so did we. Must take your kids especially in the rainy weather so they can be warm and dry indoors and have fun.

   Cleanliness is a huge issue here. Especially in the toilets. The dust on the toilets, the floors and the toilet seats is disgusting! The dust shows they don't clean the toilets often... I've been reading the reviews posted by others that range from 6 months ago to 2 weeks ago, where people have spoken about the cleanliness of the place... you say in every review that you will make it a priority to change and address the cleanliness, however it's still disgusting. Mould on the seats in food area, and filthy walls and equipment. I think this needs to be reported to higher outside sources, as you aren't adhering to hygiene standards.

   Great for a birthday party or weekend play. It wasn’t too busy and the kids had so much fun! There is a large baby area with balls and foam toys. It was also easy to get through the main play structure as an adult to keep an eye on younger children. The entrance/ exit is far away from the play structure which also felt a lot safer than chipmunks.

   Way better than chipmunks, in terms of space etc. However, this place does not cater for all children when having a birthday party. They do not provide halal which is an inconvenience. I also think they use too much product on the floors that a couple of us parents that were all there on the day had slipped. It wasn't because it was "raining" like the man said at the counter. It wasn't even raining that day. Major safety hazard Overall, it was a fun say for the kids.

   Amazing. From the initial booking to the day of the party the team at Magic Loft had everything covered. Love that there is only 1 entrance into the play area from the Cafe which meant it was easier to keep tabs on the kids. The playground is also more suited for the younger ones - toddlers & babies which meant they could just go & play without a parent needing to follow. Highly recommend if you're looking at a clean & tidy location for a kids' party that makes it a stress-free experience. Thanks team!

   Indoor playground with cafe that serves food and drinks. It's not as big as the other Magic Loft, but there are plenty of tables for adults to sit. The only problem is that you don't get a good view of the playground, so you can't keep an eye on the kids. Party rooms for hire, which can get quite stuffy inside. Parking can be challenging when busy
