   The seller was shady and the product broke. Smokos refused to refund or replace the item but then tried to keep it. I will never shop there again as the seller was rude and then had the audacity to try and keep and hide the broken product.

   $mokos is easy to find at the South side entrance to Westside WestCity (easy to find from the train station). Large easy access off-street carparking closely. $mokos iss true to it's genre - small footprint with good range of tobacco and cigarette related products, plus sweets and treats. Polite and pleasant team members.

   Worst Worker Ever. Was checking the death notices quickly before buying it to see if my nanas one was in there. Then the worker starts screaming at me to pay for it. I try to reason with him by explaining the situation and he has no sympathy at all and still screams at me to pay for it. I understand his point of view but still not how you speak to a customer. Never coming back here again for anything.
