   Just completed our Christmas food shopping at New World, New Lynn. A very stress free and enjoyable experience. The butchery counter staff were especially cheery and went out of their way to help us. The produce was fresh and beautiful and reasonably priced for this time of year. And we found everything that was on our rather extensive list. The checkout operator was also friendly and helpful. Thanks New World for spreading the Christmas cheer.

   Excellent Supermarket with plenty of parking. Clean trolleys and store. Very pleasant staff in every department and fast service at checkout. Great customer service if you have a query or need help. Especially love their Deli Selection and Bakery Selection. Well done New World New Lynn :)

   One of the last supermarkets in Auckland who actually still provide customer care and service. The range is good the store is clean, however you will find this in most supermarkets. The staff are awesome, friendly helpful and polite. Even the guy picking up the trolleys was friendly you just dont get this anymore well done to everyone great team really A++++

   Located opposite Repco. The store is clean and well laid out. I like the trolleys, they are made from recycled plastic, so they dont give you static shocks when you touch them. They also steer well. It is best to shop here if you are a club member or have downloaded their app to receive better prices. The checkout operator was very helpful. Overall a good experience.

   This has been my favourite supermarket to shop at. Everything is clean and orderly. You also have a wide selection of food and all kinds of stuff. What could be improved is to tell the staff that you are not allowed to look into a bag without permission. Unfortunately, it happened to me today that an employee looked into my bag without permission and checked what was in my bag. Personally, I would like to be asked before this happens. Despite all this, I give a rather positive rating because I have also experienced many nice employees.

   Place has become my new local for shopping and I always get great service here. Almost always find what I need and there’s always signs in front of specific items or in general, around the store, if an item is out of stock and states the reason, or is on recall. Love that they pack your bags for you. I’d say my only issue is the parent parking. Too many times now I’ve come to shop and because of our weather, it could be sunny one minute and pouring down the next, so it’s always frustrating to see that people who haven’t got kids or are disabled choose to park in those spaces, knowing they’re for others who really need them and just find it convenient to always be available when they need it, especially when it’s bad weather and we have to get directly in and out.

   Staff members are friendly, attentive, and very helpful; they go above and beyond to help you. Stocks most of the items that I like. The front-parking is often really busy and filled up very fast; luckily the back-parking rarely is - thought you'll need to bring your umbrella in the rainy day. Prices and quality are typical of New World.
