I just want to give a big shout out to Lily, Eliza and Kahurangi from the Returns Team. Returned some merchandise and felt uncomfortable doing it because of the situation and size of it. They made the entire encounter seamless, they were quick, kind and very friendly. During a busy season and at the other side of the fence, you guys were awesome and professional. Kudos! Big ups!

They mislead their customers. They have old promotions on their Website. People think it’s current as why would they keep the old promotions showing on their website if it’s invalid. Feels like they do this deliberately to catch more customers. Also when I asked to a lady Sarah at the counter she didn’t literally know how to talk to with the customers. Treat your customers well. Attached are the evidence from their website showing old pricing and confusing people. Also the second photo shows the current pricing of the same product. You can do better than this Costco.

Costco Wholesale Westgate in Auckland is a one-stop shop offering everything from groceries and fresh produce to electronics and household essentials, all at great bulk prices. It’s a favourite for families and businesses alike, thanks to the huge variety and value on offer. One of the biggest drawcards is the food court, where you can grab popular items like the $1.99 hotdog combo. Plus, petrol prices at Costco are noticeably cheaper than elsewhere in Auckland, making it even more appealing. Just be prepared for crowds, especially on weekends, and allow some time to get familiar with the massive warehouse layout. Overall, it’s a top spot for bulk shopping and special deals, making the membership well worth it for many shoppers.

Visited with a friend, and I’m personally only paying for membership just for the meal section with my family. $1.99 hotdog and drink deal and other meal items are the only specials I saw and absolute value for money. Failed to see any bargains, especially in the fresh produce and school lunch sections you would think Costco buying bulk we’d see huge discounts but nah. Regular supermarket and vege shop is cheaper, if I buy bulk eg box of 40pk chips - calculates the same price as buying regular x3 12pks but get a measly x4pks free. Same goes boxes of drinks, works out same price at supermarket purchased individually and much cheaper when Woolworths and PAK’nSAVE have real discount deals. Costco is just hype, I enjoyed the experience but no real value. Huge trolleys but majority of people I saw barely filled their trolley including myself. Costco for just ready to eat meals is worthwhile, cooked chicken $9 and the sushi tray deals were reasonable. Thought Costco would be bigger, managed to walk the entire store easily and grab just a few items and enjoy a great meal on the way out. Very tidy store inside and out in parking. Reminder to keep your receipt for when u exit, saw a couple bin dive just to retrieve it. The dining area needs a few more tables or just two seaters alongside, get rid of the tall standing single tables no one used

Amazing huge shop. Heaps of parking, limited trolleys, probably because of the hundreds of people. There are tons of items to choose from and rows of isles to browse through. Be prepared to wait a while to actually get into the store and have your Costco card ready. Otherwise, apply online and go directly to the friendly staff who will take your photo and issue your card all in the blink of an eye. Enjoyed the bargains I found will definitely be back for more.

Yes it’s bulk buying but 3 times now they’re more expensive per 100g than other markets (P&S, NW, etc) for many of their products. Chickpeas had holes and bugs in them. Pistachios were old and not crunchy. Not renewing my membership.

Some good deals to be had, but just because it is at Costco doesn't mean it is not cheaper elsewhere

Store is pretty much smelly and I must Say nothing is Affordable I would suggest to go to some PAK’nSAVE or even Countdown is much better
