   I love the food and hospitality. I have come here for the last 10 years and it’s one of my favourite Japanese in New Zealand. My favourite meal is the succulent Chicken Karaage Don. It’s so yummy and satisfying. A++++

   The Karage Donburi was probably the best donburi I've ever had in Auckland. I'd also recommend the seafood udon; both dishes are delicious. This place is a must try and is super underrated in Auckland. The customer service is exceptional and the staff here are so friendly. 10/10

   A frequent lunch spot of mine. It's a small-ish place so best to just grab and go - the food is good and I would say consistently so. The sushi is not that cheap, however the filling to rice ratio is something that I'm pretty happy about. The donburi you can get done fresh or on the cabinet and though I have only bought cabinet items I haven't found them subpar or disappointing. The staff are also wonderful and happy to see you. Thanks for all the sushi!

   Great cozy vibe from a little hole in the wall place matched with simple, tasty food. Is this the best sushi in town? No, but they're going for the lunch time takeaway customer that's not wanting to spend $25 every day. I had the karaage don buri as well and it was equally as tasty.
