   There is so much to love about NSD - our routines that become familiar (though always changing which keeps us engaged and active!), the magic music, Virginia's choreography which is fantabulous and then there's the joy of being in the room with others who also just love to dance. It's a wonderfully vibrant, supportive and friendly community. An added bonus is the wonderful Bek and her dog Frank. I wish I could attend more frequently. I always leave with a smile and an inner glow. Thank you Virginia and Bek!

   Never Stop Dancing is a great fun fitness class with a huge variety of dance routines - my absolute favourite. Virginia is so vibrant and welcoming, and has created a positive space for people to keep fit and thoroughly enjoy it at the same time. It really is one of the highlights of my week. Rain or shine, good week or bad week, stepping inside the NSD class is always energising and puts a smile on your face. So glad I started coming to these classes years ago - once you start, you'll never stop.

   I absolutely love NSD classes. As I lead a busy life I don’t get to go every week but Virginia makes it easy to learn new dances and enjoy the tried and true ones every class. What a great way to celebrate life through dance. Enjoy catching up with other classmates and have a laugh.
