   As per all the other reviews. A very poor experience. Lack of clear pricing, no floor staff to assist, poorly stocked. Said they could only refund cash and not back into my card!? when I realized I'd grabbed a 100ml perfume rather than the 60ml (which was all out of stock,surprise surprise.) Recommend to avoid and wait till at destination.

   Overpriced, poorly stocked, unpriced merchandise and empty shelves. One staff member told me they were under staffed and hadn't had time to price everything. The worst duty free store I have seen.

   I couldn’t find a liquor price list after spending 10 minutes online. May be I am not a technical person or young enough to browse products that easily. Very disappointed. I only prefer to buy when I come through Wellington. Disappointed. Pathetic web site

   Website dead. 10 days later I get a response to my email: "Our online service in Wellington is not in operation you will need to purchase goods once inside the store." I can't check prices, so my advice to travellers is to by when you leave on your trip to NZ, arrival purchases sound like a price trap to me.

   Pathetic duty free and an embarrassment to Wellington International Airport. One poor staff member in the store. No floor staff to answer questions. No marked pricing. I saw two customers reject potential sales when they found out the item price at the large checkout queue. The item I was going to buy had a security lock on it so I couldn't even bring to to her for a price check. She asked me to wait until she had finished serving the long line of mostly unsatisfied customers.
