    REALLY DISSAPOINTING - They DO NOT honour there warrantys. We spent $3700 for not only one, but TWO lounge suits less than a year ago. The recliners started getting busted and material started tearing - we went back to them within the year time frame of the warranty and THEY WOULD NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY - they couldn't fix it or replace it but were not open to giving the FULL refund. They think that because we still got to use the lounge suits for some time we should have some of our refund deducted !! They are TERRIBLE to deal with when it comes with honouring there warranty - I would avoid buying here and go elsewhere. WHEN SOMETHING IS FAULTY AND THE ONLY OPTION LEFT IS TO REFUND THEN YOU REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT !!!!!! To be very clear - they only refunded $2600 not the $3700 as they felt we had to take the hit in the end. They also charged us a labour cost as well to pick up our old faulty couches.

    I bought a queen size headboard from here and they delivered a king size. it turned up without a box and they said it was because it was a floor model. I called and spoke up someone who said he'd call me back, then never did. I emailed 6 times and called, text multiple times, no response. it's been months now. very disappointing and terrible service.

    Terrible Service and products are not good quality. I bought a recliner from YNL and in less than a year the stitching started to come off. I called them to fix the issue but they said they would charge me to do that ! A more than $600 recliner and did not last even a year without tearing, despite handling it so well ( no kids or pets playing on it ever) They never offered to fix the issue and were least interested in customer satisfaction. DO NOT RECOMMEND !
