1st time at Vivo. Was scared trying a new place for my 1st time as I'm usually at my local one but was in need of a fresh look. I had Anu and Molly. They were so lovely and looked after me well. Anu was amazing doing my hair making it look so good and fresh again. Very happy and will definitely book again. Thank you
Liked how my hair turned out - Anu is friendly and did great work (my 2nd time with her), but the pricing wasn't transparent this time which was disappointing. I was asked to pay $100 more than what was agreed at the start. She referred to the extra products and services that were never mentioned beforehand in the agreed package. It felt uncomfortable and not entirely honest.
Thank you so much Anu for the kerasilk keratin treatment. I am a few hours post treatment and ECSTATIC about my hair!!!! My hair feels so silky after being so unmanageable all year and I had such a great time chatting to you! Highly recommend Anu for any treatment at all, she is a real professional and a lovely person!!
Ask for Jordan, she's done the most incredible job on my hair and is an absolute expert with all shades of blonde!! I completely ruined my hair trying to bleach it myself and she's magically fixed it somehow and made it look amazing. Definitely can recommend!
I will never go back to vivo again. I purchased package on vivo website with email promotion, it seems like great deal but i end up paid double amount of money i paid online. They end up charge me so much add up (Purchased package included treatment as well and my hair length is just over shoulder & healthy hair) it end up over $300. Well i don’t want to argue with price that time because it’s treat for myself but i still feel it’s not right..
Been getting my hair done by Louw for well over a year now and walk away super happy with his work every time! I love that he cares about quality of my hair and keeps it really healthy through all the processing (I get balayage on naturally really dark hair). Louw always takes the time he needs to do an amazing job, he doesn’t rush through it and the results speak for themselves - over the year my hair got much lighter (which is exactly what I was aiming for) while still looking really healthy and strong with my natural colour beautifully blended with light streaks. So happy, highly recommend Louw!!
Libby is amazing!! If you want a hairdresser you can whole heartedly trust then you've hit the jackpot! I would rather drive the length of the country and pay my whole pay check than see another hairdresser! Every time I leave buzzing about how beautiful my hair looks! I always get endless complements about how natural and beautiful it looks! My hair always turns out even better than I imagine!
I have got my hair done by Megan for nearly and year and she is spectacular. She listens, she's creative and I always end up feeling fricken stunning. I even took my mother in law to have hair done and the beautiful stylists took such good care of her hair. 100% would recommend.
