Wow, I’m surprised this store is under 3 stars. I got my nails done today and they look exactly like the picture I showed the nail tech. I’m really happy with all the details, the salon is very clean and all the tools are properly sanitized. Definitely coming back!

I went in for Gel X nails and showed the tech a clear picture of what I wanted. What I left with looked nothing like it. The lady didn’t shape them properly, didn’t check the sizes for my nail beds, and even tried to glue one on half off until I pointed it out. At the start I specifically said, “If you can’t do this design, please tell me and I’ll choose something else.” Instead, she argued with me when the colour came out way too neon and not what I asked for. Rather than listening, she kept insisting it was fine. The whole process felt rushed and careless. The nails are uneven, the shape is wrong, and the colour is completely off. I paid $85 for something I now have to get removed and redone somewhere else, meaning even more money wasted. I’m honestly so disappointed. This was supposed to be a treat, and I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I definitely won’t be returning. Update - One of the nails came off while I was simply putting on my shoes today (the day after) and it ripped my natural nail bed off with it. I’ve been in extreme pain and am likely going to the emergency room. No nail service should ever cause an injury like this.

I was there this morning and wasn’t satisfied with the work, so I sent them a message on Instagram. The owner was so lovely and kind — he said I could come back to get it fixed or get a new set done for free. He was very polite and apologetic. I had spent $130 for nail art with a pedicure and manicure earlier, and when I went back and got cat-eye nails done, they also gave me a refund. This is such generous and kind service. This is how customer service should be — well done to the owner ❤️

Horrible experience, literally just left the place and going to another to get it removed. Terrible finish and she was so fast, it was like she didn’t care it was my hand, my cuticles hurt. Tried to tell to slow down and that it’s hurting me but she really didn’t care. She just couldn’t wait to get done. Please do not waste your money here, I had time so just decided to walk in here and get my nails done, regretting it now. Doesn’t even deserve the one star. Really sloppy work

I have been a customer at Everlast Nails Northwest on and off since they first opened, and until now, I’ve always enjoyed the experience. However, after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. The way I was treated today was unacceptable, and I left the salon genuinely upset and frustrated. I selected OPI 9, which turned out to be nearly transparent—something I wasn’t aware of. When I asked if the color would darken with additional coats, the technician abruptly told me it wouldn’t and asked if I wanted to choose another. As I tried to do so, she retrieved the colors with noticeable aggression. After selecting a new shade, I was told it wasn’t available, so I picked another. From that point forward, she did not speak to me again and began flicking my hand when she wanted it placed under the light. She glared at me throughout the appointment, making the entire experience deeply uncomfortable. I’ve never felt so disrespected while paying for a service. To make matters worse, the quality of the nails was disappointing. They were not shaped as requested (I asked for oval and received something closer to a rounded shape), and overall, the finish was subpar. It felt like I was being rushed out and treated as a burden rather than a client. Additionally, the cleanliness of the salon was extremely concerning. There were cut nails on the floor, visibly dirty tables, and during closing, I watched a staff member "clean" a station by wiping it down with a wet cloth—no disinfectant, no hot water. For a salon environment, this is absolutely unacceptable. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me regarding this experience, as this level of service and hygiene is far below what should be considered professional or safe.

Lovely lady that did my nails but it was not done properly and already looks like it's had a week to grow out as she didn't get the nail polish low enough to where the nail begins. She was very sweet so this is in no way a personal attack on her as a person, just needs to maybe do abit of work on her placement.

Had the loveliest girl do my nails on Sunday around 5pm at North West. I think she was new to the salon but she was so sweet & lovely to talk too. Would definitely love her to do my pink nails again

I went last Thursday 22/12 at North West They were busy which I knew they would be seems the time of year it was. They were so disorganized it wasn't funny. I had 3 different nail techs as they kept flitting off to other customers. It took nearly 1 half hours to do my nails. I get powder dipped on my own nails. They dipped my nails into the powder twice, which other times it's at least 4 times. Since then 2 of my nails chipped & the lacquer they put on for the final coat is coming off I paid $65.00 which I feel wasn't worth it. Won't ever go here again, waste of money & time. Very poor service.

Literally the worst nails I’ve ever had done, walked in just after 12pm for a gel pedicure and dip nails, I allowed myself close to two hours for the service, knowing I had a meeting at 2pm. The pedicure was good, no complaints with this. The dip manicure was appalling, left to ‘soak’ existing powder off for an hour with a very cursory file before hand, this was after the pedi (could have been soaking at the same time) she ended up pulling my existing extensions off damaging my own nails. I left around 2:40pm. Other people were also left with half done nails, waiting for available techs but they kept taking new clients in. The new dip has been applied so badly that I’ve had four nails crack within the first 24 hours, there is no apex or strength to the set and I’m going to have to get them replaced within the next week. I’ll go back to my normal tech!
