   Honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The store was cute but what really stood out to me was the customer service. Leah and two other incredibly sweet girls helped me and I am still sad that I had to leave. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life:)) I will be back again:)

   Absolutely fantastic customer service. Called about a pre-order item and was given some of the information I required, with a commitment to call back with the additional details. Got a call back within 10mins, if only all customer service was this prompt and polite, I might actually shop in store more often! I will definitely be buying more from you in future. Also very pleased to see you stock Alemais in a size 16, as not a lot of boutiques do, many thanks

   Husband and I purchased jeans and shirt here. Returned the next day to return Jeans as after getting home realized that in more realistic lighting they looked terrible. According to “store policy” they are unable to offer a refund just a store credit which is valid for one year. When I questioned this policy they stated that it was my choice to buy the Ill fitting jeans and that they had no obligation to refund me. According to their policy refund is for online shopping only. So frustrating as they have lovely clothes and would like to support a retail store but seriously?!? The most appalling customer service. In the future will come do some trying on and then purchase elsewear just to be annoying. Seriously don’t want to give you guys another cent ever again. Your policy is arrogant and self serving and is the opposite of customer focused. What’s the point of a retail store if you won’t offer real off the street shoppers the same service as your online store!
